Job summary

Ensora Health is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape systems and experiences across web and mobile. You will lead the design system evolution, components, tokens, documentation, accessibility, and governance, partnering with engineering to keep design and code in sync and to help teams use the system effectively.

In TheraNest initiatives you will apply product design and research expertise to create accessible, responsive experiences.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product or UX design; 3+ years leading design systems.
• Bachelor's in design, HCI, or related field.
• Strong accessibility knowledge (WCAG/ADA) and responsive design.

Responsibilities

• Lead design system evolution across web and mobile.
• Collaborate with engineers to parity between design and code.
• Plan and conduct user research and usability testing.
• Advise on accessibility and WCAG/ADA compliance.
• Create design artifacts: wireframes, mockups, prototypes.
• Mentor fellow designers and promote design system fluency.
