Job summary

Ensora Health is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape systems and experiences across web and mobile. You will lead the evolution, quality, and adoption of our established design system, including components, tokens, documentation, accessibility standards, and governance.

Qualifications

6+ years in product or UX design, including 3+ years leading design systems
Bachelor’s or equivalent in design/HCI or related field
Proven experience evolving design systems, components, tokens, docs and governance
Strong interaction and visual design skills with attention to detail
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG/ADA) and accessible design approaches
Experience designing responsive web and native mobile experiences
Experience partnering with product managers and cross‑functional teams
Advanced Figma skills including component design, prototyping, branching, tokens, AI tools, and parity with code
Experience with HTML/CSS and React component design or using Material UI
Portfolio showing design system and product design work, plus AI tools in workflows
Experience preparing design systems to work with AI-enabled tools and development practices
Healthcare or regulated data product design experience
Migration of legacy interfaces to modern design systems
Strong communication and stakeholder presentation skills
Experience using product analytics to inform design decisions
User research and testing planning, data collection and analysis

Responsibilities

Lead the evolution, management, and quality of the design system across web and native mobile experiences
Collaborate with engineering to plan, design, review, test, QA, and release design system updates
Maintain parity between design and code across responsive experiences
Advocate for accessibility, document accessibility expectations for designers and engineers
Maintain design system documentation, usage guidance, responsive behaviors, specs, and implementation considerations
Support AI readiness through documentation, tokens, guidance, and connections
Lead design system meetings, office hours, demos, critiques, and team rituals
Govern design system governance and backlog items with product owner and engineering
Review requests from designers/engineers; balance consistency with product needs
Translate user/product/technical needs into actionable design work
Partner with product managers as UX counterpart for TheraNest initiatives
Design user-centered solutions aligned with business goals and metrics
Produce concepts, wireframes, flows, mocks, prototypes, specs, and detailed deliverables
Plan and conduct user research and usability testing with product partners
Present work to stakeholders to gather feedback and build alignment
Use AI tools to accelerate design, research, documentation, and workflows
Mentor designers and raise design craft and system fluency
