Job summary

Ensora Health is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape systems and experiences across web and mobile, focusing on designing and evolving a robust design system. You will partner with engineering to ensure parity between design and code, drive accessibility, and mentor teammates while influencing product design at scale.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product or UX design, with 3+ years leading design systems used by multiple product teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience evolving design systems, including components, tokens, documentation, and governance.
• Strong interaction and visual design skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG/ADA) and accessible design approaches.
• Experience designing responsive web and native mobile experiences.
• Experience partnering with product managers and cross-functional teams.
• Advanced Figma skills, including component design, prototyping, token management, and AI tools.
• Experience working with HTML, CSS, and a coded component library.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution, management, and quality of the design system across web and native mobile experiences.
• Own and improve components, tokens, documentation, accessibility standards, and governance.
• Partner with engineering to plan, design, review, test, and release design system updates.
• Maintain parity between design and code, guiding teams on responsive behavior.
• Embed accessibility from the start in components and patterns.
• Document accessibility expectations for designers and engineers.
• Lead design system backlog items with product ownership and engineering to translate needs into work.
• Mentor other designers and raise design system fluency across the team.
