Job summary

Ensora Health is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape experiences across web and mobile, leading the design system's evolution, governance, and accessibility. You will partner with engineers and product teams to ensure parity between design and code, deliver user‑centered solutions, and mentor designers while advancing AI‑enabled design workflows.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in product or UX design, 3+ years guiding design systems, and a portfolio demonstrating system and product design

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product or UX design, including 3+ years leading design systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience managing and evolving a design system with components, patterns, tokens, docs, and governance.
• Strong interaction and visual design skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG/ADA) and applying accessible design.
• Experience designing responsive web and native mobile experiences.
• Portfolio demonstrating design system and product design work (required).

Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution, management, and quality of the design system across web and native mobile experiences.
• Own and improve components, patterns, tokens, documentation, accessibility standards, and governance.
• Partner with engineering to plan, design, test, and release design system updates.
• Maintain parity between design and code and guide teams on component behavior across breakpoints.
• Build accessibility into components and patterns from the start.
• Advocate for WCAG/ADA and document accessibility expectations for designers and engineers.
• Document design system usage, responsive behavior, specs, and implementation considerations.
• Support the system’s AI readiness through documents, tokens, guidance, and tooling.
• Lead design system meetings, office hours, critiques, and other rituals.
• Communicate updates, gather feedback, and drive adoption of the system.
• Prioritize backlog items with product owners and engineering to meet system needs.
• Collaborate with PMs as UX partner for TheraNest initiatives across teams.
