Job summary

Ensora Health is seeking a senior design systems designer to lead evolution and governance of our design system across web and mobile. You will own components, tokens, and documentation, ensuring accessibility and parity with code.

Collaboration with engineering and product teams will be essential to plan, review, and release updates. You will drive accessibility, usability, and consistency across responsive experiences, mentor designers, and contribute to a holistic UX strategy within

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in product or UX design, including leading design systems.
Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, or related field or equivalent professional experience.
Proven experience managing and evolving an effective design system with components, patterns, tokens, documentation, and governance.

Responsibilities

Lead evolution, management, and quality of the design system across web and native mobile experiences.
Own and improve components, patterns, tokens, documentation, accessibility standards, and governance practices.
Collaborate with engineering to plan, design, review, test, and release design system updates.
Maintain parity between designed and coded sources and ensure consistent behavior across responsive experiences.
