Ensora Health is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape systems and experiences for web and mobile products. You will lead the evolution and governance of our design system, ensuring parity with coded components and accessibility from the ground up.

You will collaborate closely with product management and engineering to deliver accessible, responsive experiences, mentor designers, and contribute to AI-enabled design workflows. This role blends hands-on design work with system-level strategy.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience in product or UX design with 3+ years in design systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in design or related field.
• Proven experience managing and evolving an effective design system, including components, patterns, tokens, documentation, and governance.
• Strong knowledge of accessibility standards and practices (WCAG/ADA).

Responsabilidades

• Lead evolution, management, and quality of the design system across web and native mobile experiences.
• Own and improve components, patterns, tokens, documentation, accessibility standards, and governance practices.
• Partner with engineering to plan, design, review, test, and release design system updates.
• Maintain parity between designed and coded sources and help teams understand component behavior across responsive experiences.
• Build accessibility into components from the start and ensure WCAG/ADA compliance.
• Support AI readiness through documentation, tokens, guidance, and workflows.
• Mentor other designers and raise design system fluency across the team.
