Job summary

Ensora Health is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the evolution of our design system across web and mobile platforms. You will partner with engineering to ensure parity between design and code, advancing accessibility and governance.

You will also serve as a UX partner to product management for TheraNest initiatives, applying research and design to create accessible, responsive experiences at scale.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product or UX design experience, including design systems.
• Proven ability to evolve a design system with governance and documentation.
• Strong accessibility knowledge and practice, WCAG/ADA oriented.
• Experience designing responsive web and native mobile experiences.
• Advanced Figma skills and collaboration with engineering on a coded library.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution, management, and quality of the design system across web and native mobile experiences.
• Partner with engineering to plan, design, review, test, and release design system updates.
• Ensure parity between designed and coded sources and document accessibility expectations.
• Support AI readiness through documentation, tokens, and guidance.
• Mentor designers and lead design system governance and team rituals.
• Collaborate with product managers on TheraNest initiatives with UX research guidance.
