Job summary

Ensora Health is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the evolution of our design system across web and native mobile experiences. You will partner with engineering to ensure parity between designed and coded components while guiding governance, documentation, accessibility standards, and AI-enabled tooling.

You will mentor designers, conduct user research, and contribute hands-on product work for TheraNest initiatives, helping scale user-centered experiences that meet business goals.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product or UX design, including 3+ years leading design systems.
• Bachelor or equivalent in design, HCI, or related field.
• Experience evolving design systems—tokens, components, docs, governance.
• Strong interaction/visual design with high attention to detail.
• Advocacy and implementation of WCAG/ADA accessibility standards.
• Experience designing responsive web and native mobile experiences.
• Collaborative with product managers and cross-functional teams.
• Advanced Figma skills and parity with code, plus HTML/CSS knowledge.
• Portfolio showing design system and product design work.
• Experience with AI-enabled design, research, prototyping, or tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead evolution, management, and quality of the design system across web and mobile.
• Partner with engineering to plan, design, review, test, and release system updates.
• Maintain parity between designed and coded components across responsive views.
• Evaluate accessibility/usability and document WCAG/ADA expectations.
• Maintain design system documentation, guidance, and implementation notes.
• Support AI readiness with tokens, guidance, and tooling.
• Lead design-system meetings, office hours, and critiques.
• Prioritize backlog items with product owners and engineering.
• Collaborate with PMs on TheraNest initiatives; translate needs into work.
• Produce artifacts: concepts, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, specs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing with product partners.
• Present work to stakeholders and collect feedback.
• Mentor other designers to raise design craft and system fluency.
