Job summary

Ensora Health is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the design system and customer experiences across web and mobile. You will drive evolution, governance, and adoption of the system while partnering with engineering to maintain parity between design and code.

You will also act as a UX partner for TheraNest initiatives, applying user research to create accessible, responsive experiences and align with business goals and success metrics.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product or UX design experience.
• 3+ years leading design systems used by multiple product teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, or related field.
• Strong interaction and visual design with attention to detail.
• Experience with WCAG/ADA accessibility practices.
• Experience designing responsive web and native mobile experiences.
• Portfolio showing design system and product work.

Responsibilities

• Evolve, manage, and ensure quality of the design system across web and native mobile experiences.
• Own components, patterns, tokens, documentation, accessibility standards, and governance.
• Collaborate with engineering to plan, design, review, test, and release design system updates.
• Maintain parity between designed and coded sources for responsive experiences.
• Embed accessibility from the start and document expectations for designers/engineers.
• Lead design system governance and backlog items with product owner and engineering.
• Partner with product managers as UX counterpart for TheraNest initiatives.
• Produce design artifacts: concepts, wireframes, flows, mocks, prototypes, specs.
