Job summary

Ensora Health is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape experiences across web and mobile, with a focus on expanding and governing our design system. You will work closely with engineering to ensure parity between design and code, and drive accessibility and usability across platforms.

You will partner with product management on TheraNest initiatives, applying research methods and AI-enabled tools to deliver accessible, responsive solutions at scale, while mentoring peers and advancing

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product or UX design, including design systems.
• Experience maintaining design systems across multiple product teams.
• Strong knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG/ADA) and inclusive design.
