Ensora Health is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the design system across web and mobile products, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and scalable UI components. You will collaborate with engineering to maintain parity between design and code and help teams adopt system governance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product or UX design, including design systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience managing and evolving an effective design system, including components, tokens, documentation, and governance.
• Strong interaction and visual design skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG/ADA) and accessible design approaches.
• Experience designing responsive web and native mobile experiences.
• Experience collaborating with product managers and cross-functional teams in iterative product cycles.
• Advanced Figma skills: components, prototyping, token management, AI tools, documentation.

Responsabilités

• Lead the evolution, management, and quality of the design system across web and native mobile experiences.
• Partner with engineering to plan, design, review, test, QA, and release design system updates.
• Maintain parity between designed and coded sources and ensure responsive consistency.
• Evaluate accessibility usability, and document accessibility expectations for designers and engineers.
• Maintain design system documentation including usage guidance and specifications.
• Support AI readiness through documentation, tokens, guidance, and connections.
• Lead design system meetings, office hours, critiques, and governance.
• Translate needs into clear, actionable backlog items with product, design, and engineering.
• Collaborate with product managers as UX counterpart for TheraNest initiatives.
