Job summary

Horrocks, a leading Design-Build roadway firm, seeks a Design-Build Roadway Lead/Manager to join the Innovative Pursuits Team in Las Cruces, NM. You will lead roadway discipline engineering teams for DB/PDB pursuits and projects, coordinating with other discipline leads and clients to deliver value-added designs.

The ideal candidate has a PE license, 10+ years in transportation infrastructure design, 5+ years guiding roadway projects, and 3+ years of DOT DB/PDB experience, plus strong

Qualifications

• Current PE license (preferred states: UT, NV, AZ, ID, CO, NM, WA).
• 10+ years of experience in transportation infrastructure design.
• 5+ years of leading roadway design for infrastructure projects.
• 3+ years of DOT DB or PDB experience.
• Ability to lead and coordinate with cross-disciplinary teams.
• Strong client and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead roadway design and project delivery for DB/PDB pursuits and projects.
• Coordinate with other discipline leads and clients.
• Be an integral member of the project management and delivery team.
• Lead roadway design, analysis, studies, reports, and quantity tasks.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication with clients and team.
