Job summary

Horrocks in Las Cruces, NM, seeks a Design-Build Structures Lead/Manager to guide transportation structures teams on DB/PDB pursuits and projects. A PE license and 10+ years in transport structures are preferred; 5+ years leading teams and 3+ years DOT DB/PDB experience are highly desirable. Strong leadership and client communication are essential.

Qualifications

• PE license required or preferred; state licensure in UT/NV/AZ/ID/CO/NM/WA beneficial.
• 10+ years in transportation structures design.
• 5+ years leading structural design teams for infrastructure.
• 3+ years of DOT DB or PDB experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural discipline teams for Transportation projects (freeways, interstates, interchanges, highways, shared-use facilities).
• Coordinate with other discipline leads and integrate into PM/delivery teams.
• Lead design, analysis, studies, reports, plans, specs, and quantity tasks.
• Utilize standard bridge industry software and tools.
• Maintain positive client relationships and meet project deadlines.
