Job summary

Horrocks is seeking a Design-Build Roadway Lead/Manager in Las Vegas to guide transportation projects from pursuit through delivery. You will lead roadway engineering teams for freeways, interchanges, and urban highways within a collaborative, client-focused environment.

The role requires extensive experience in transportation design, DOT DB/PDB work, and proven leadership within a design-build context, with a PE license preferred. Competitive benefits and a strong community presence are offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of transportation infrastructure design experience.
• 5+ years leading roadway design for infrastructure projects.
• 3+ years of DOT DB or PDB experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clients and management.
• Ability to lead a multi-disciplinary design team.

Responsibilities

• Lead roadway design for Transportation DB/PDB pursuits and projects.
• Coordinate with discipline leads and integration into project teams.
• Deliver designs, analyses, reports, plans, and quantities.
• Maintain relationships with clients and staff to meet deadlines.
