Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a pricing leader to design and implement pricing strategies for Regional Banking deposit products. The role focuses on forecasting, scenario planning, and driving profitability while growing deposits at competitive costs.

The role requires building analytics, monitoring market trends, and partnering with treasury, finance, marketing, and sales to shape pricing actions. Office/remote flexible work arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in finance, economics, or related field.
• 7 years of product development, deposit pricing, forecasting, and/or finance experience.
• Experience in financial services, preferably in a Deposits-related role.
• Master's degree.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate analyses into actionable strategies and tactics.
• Strong decision making and negotiation skills and ability to provide rate solutions/strategies for the bank and bankers.
• Knowledge of financial market trends, competitor trends, and revenue/balance sheet dynamics.
• Experience collaborating with treasury, finance, technology, marketing, sales and vendors.
• Experience planning and executing multiple projects with timeliness and efficiency.
• Ability to apply business acumen to forecast revenue and pricing actions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement deposit pricing strategy for Regional Banking products.
• Forecast business-driver trends and update economic scenarios monthly, quarterly and yearly.
• Monitor competitor rates, economy, balances, and pricing targets; adjust scenarios as needed.
• Communicate changes to scenarios, risks, rates, and trends to partners and analysts.
• Collaborate with treasury, finance, technology, marketing, sales and vendors to extract insights for pricing.
• Manage exception pricing process for Regional Banking clients.
• Drive analytics to uncover customer and sales insights to support pricing decisions.
