Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 7+ years in product development, deposit pricing, forecasting, or finance.
• Experience in financial services, deposits-related preferred.
• Strong analytical, data-driven decision making, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and forecast business-driver trends for current and future periods.
• Independently evaluate prior results to plan and update scenarios and forecasts.
• Monitor competitor rates, economy, and Huntington balances; review targets and trends.
• Communicate changes to scenarios, risks, rates, and financials in meetings and emails.
• Collaborate with treasury, finance, marketing, sales and vendors to inform pricing actions.
• Manage exception pricing for Regional Banking clients; drive analytics for pricing strategy.
