Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a senior pricing professional to design and implement its deposit pricing strategy for Regional Banking. You will forecast trends, monitor market rates, and collaborate with treasury, finance, technology and sales to optimize profitability while growing deposits.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with pricing models and software, and the ability to translate data into actionable pricing actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7 years of product development, deposit pricing, forecasting, and/or finance experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and forecast business-driver trends for current and future periods.
• Independently evaluate prior month's results to plan; review product-rate driver trends and update scenarios.
• Monitor progress weekly: rates, economy, balances, revenue, targets, and pricing risks.
• Communicate changes to scenarios, risks, rates and trends in regular meetings and updates.
• Partner with treasury, finance, marketing, sales and vendors to share insights for pricing strategies.
• Manage exception pricing process for Regional Banking clients.
• Drive analytics to uncover customer and sales insights for pricing actions.
