Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years in product development, deposit pricing, forecasting, or finance.
• Experience in financial services, deposits preferred.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.

• Interpret and forecast business-driver trends for current and future periods.
• Independently evaluate previous month results to plan and update scenarios.
