Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 7 years of product development, deposit pricing, forecasting, and/or finance experience.
• Financial services experience, preferably in a Deposits-related role.
• Master's degree
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills, and ability to translate analyses into action.
• Experience collaborating across treasury, finance, technology, marketing, sales and vendors.
• Technical skills: SAS, Price Elasticity modeling software, Essbase, Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and forecast business-driver trends: current and future.
• Independently evaluate previous month's results to plan; review product-rate driver trends and update economic scenarios.
• Monitor progress weekly: competitor rates, economy, balances-revenue, and pricing targets.
• Communicate changes to scenarios, risks, rates, positioning, financials, trends and other analysis.
• Partner with treasury, finance, technology, marketing, sales and vendors to improve pricing actions.
• Manage exception pricing process for Regional Banking clients.
• Drive analytics to find customer and sales insights for pricing strategy.
