Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking a Sr. Manager, Demand Planning for the UGG wholesale channel. You will lead day-to-day forecasting, manage the S&OP cadence, and translate priorities into clear team objectives and execution plans.

Partner with Commercial, Merchandising, Finance, and Brand Planning to shape demand, identify risks and opportunities, and drive consensus in a data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in demand or supply planning.
• Experience leading a 6+ person demand planning team.
• Experience contributing to S&OP cadence and governance.
• Experience with strategic demand shaping and segmentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Demand Planning team.
• Manage forecasting processes and S&OP cadence.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Merchandising, Finance, and Brand Planning.
• Translate business priorities into team objectives and execution plans.
