Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking a Sr. Manager, Demand Planning for UGG to lead the day-to-day performance and evolution of the Demand Planning function for the UGG Wholesale channel.

You will partner with Commercial, Merchandising, Finance, Supply Chain, and Brand Planning to shape demand assumptions, identify risks and opportunities, and translate business priorities into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; degree in supply chain management, merchandising, business, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in demand or supply planning within a global, multi‑channel organization, including retail, wholesale, and ecommerce.
• Experience leading a demand planning team of 6+ professionals and coordinating work across complex cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Advanced analytics or data visualization experience, including Tableau or similar tools, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Demand Planning team, building capability in analytics, forecasting discipline, systems utilization, and business communication.
• Manage forecasting processes and coordinate S&OP demand planning cadence, governance, and continuous improvement.
• Lead cross-functional demand planning collaboration meetings with Commercial and Brand partners using a data-driven approach to drive consensus demand alignment.
• Escalate risks, trade-offs, and gaps through governance channels and recommend process improvements.
