Deckers Brands is seeking a Sr. Manager, Demand Planning for HOKA in the Goleta, CA area with remote flexibility.

You will lead the day‑to‑day performance and evolution of the NA Wholesale demand planning function, partnering with Commercial, Merchandising, Finance, Supply Chain, and Brand Planning to shape assumptions and actions. The role requires a strong background in forecasting, leadership, and analytics, with experience in S&OP and multi‑channel environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 7+ years of experience in demand or supply planning within a global multi‑channel organization.
• Experience leading a demand planning team of 6+ professionals.
• Strong governance, decision support, and analytical capabilities.
• Experience with S&OP cadence and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high‑performing Demand Planning team with analytics focus.
• Manage forecasting processes and coordinate S&OP demand planning cadence.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Merchandising, Finance, Supply Chain, and Brand Planning stakeholders.
• Influence senior stakeholders with fact‑based storytelling and concise recommendations.
• Identify risks/opportunities, forecast bias, and actions to improve consensus.
• Improve demand planning processes, tools, and scenario planning.
