Deckers Brands seeks a Sr. Demand Planning Manager for HOKA to lead the NA Wholesale demand planning function, ensuring a rigorous, data-driven forecast.

You will shape cross-functional plans, manage forecasting cadences, and partner with Commercial, Merchandising, Finance, and Supply Chain to align risks and opportunities. You will build capabilities in analytics, forecast accuracy, and decision support, while guiding a team through complex multi-channel planning with a strong emphasis on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, merchandising, business, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience leading a demand planning team and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
• Advanced analytics or data visualization experience, including Tableau or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Demand Planning team.
• Manage forecasting processes and S&OP cadence.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Merchandising, Finance, Supply Chain, and Brand Planning teams to align demand assumptions.
