Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking a Sr. Manager, Demand Planning for the UGG wholesale channel. You will lead the demand planning function, align cross‑functional partners, and drive a data‑driven forecast to support profitable growth.

You will manage a team, advance planning processes, and communicate risks and opportunities to senior stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment. This role emphasizes leadership, analytics, and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; degree in supply chain management, merchandising, business, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in demand or supply planning within a global, multi‑channel organization, including retail, wholesale, and ecommerce.
• Experience leading a demand planning team of 6+ professionals and coordinating work across complex cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Advanced analytics or data visualization experience, including Tableau or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing Demand Planning team, building capability in analytics, forecasting discipline, systems utilization, and business communication.
• Model composure, accountability, and managerial courage while encouraging practical improvements to efficiency, effectiveness, and decision support.
• Lead cross‑functional demand planning collaboration meetings with Commercial and Brand partners using a data‑driven, fact‑based approach to drive consensus demand alignment.
