Job summary

Qualifications

• 4-year bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years’ experience in demand planning, forecasting, data analysis or business planning.
• Advanced MS Excel skills and ability to manipulate large data sets.
• Experience with BI tools and data mining; SQL/MS Access preferred.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools (e.g., Copilot) to improve analysis.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product, Sales and Finance to align demand with launches.
• Develop material-level demand forecasts and DC location baselines.
• Use historical data and seasonality to forecast future demand.
• Collaborate with Inventory Planning on stock and supply flexibility.
• Lead demand planning processes and root-cause analysis.
• Participate in monthly alignment meetings with cross-functional teams.
• Inform Supply Chain of anticipated demand changes and opportunities.
