Job summary

Wolverine Worldwide, headquartered in Rockford, Michigan, seeks a Sales Planning Manager to develop accurate account-level forecasts and drive revenue growth and inventory alignment for wholesale partners. You will partner with Sales, Finance, Merchandising, and Supply Chain to ensure forecasts are precise and actionable.

The role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, overseeing templates, analyses, and timing for IBP and senior leadership reviews. A hybrid work model is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 6-8+ years of experience in Sales Operations and/or Sales Planning.
• Strong analytics background with financial modeling skills.
• Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly sales forecasting for assigned wholesale accounts with Sales and Finance partners.
• Support annual account planning with templates and analyses.
• Produce trend analyses for key accounts and territories for forecasting and inventory planning.
• Translate insights into accurate forecasts to support inventory and financial targets.
• Monitor sell-in, sell-through, bookings, backlog and shipments; adjust forecasts as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align forecasts with inventory strategies and financial goals.
• Own setup and governance of sales forecast templates for consistency across accounts.
