Job summary

Wolverine Worldwide, based in Rockford, Michigan, seeks a Product Analytics Manager to serve as the analytical engine for Product Strategy. You will translate franchise, cost, pricing, and SKU data into clear, forward-looking direction for the product organization, partnering daily with PLMs, Technical Development, PD Operations, and Planning teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product analytics, merchandise or franchise planning, or business analytics within a consumer goods brand or wholesale environment.
• Strong financial modeling skills across forecasting, margin analysis, and should-cost modeling.
• Proficiency with BI tools and PLM systems; translate data into executive-ready recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-season franchise forecasting with volume, revenue, margin, and SKU productivity at multiple levels.
• Provide analytical planning guidance for seasonal and long-range strategy in partnership with PLMs.
• Model and analyze should-cost data across the product development process.
• Own pricing and margin frameworks; ensure alignment of line decisions to financial targets.
• Deliver revenue and reporting outputs to senior leadership; synthesize sell-in and sell-through data.
• Oversee SKU productivity and portfolio health across categories; build scoring models.
• Champion AI-assisted reporting; implement AI dashboards across tools and systems.
• Lead and develop the Product Analytics Analyst and align outputs to business needs.
