Job summary

Wolverine World Wide, Inc. in Rockford, IL seeks a Senior Demand Planner to lead material-level forecasts across product categories and channels. You’ll partner with Product, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to align demand with brand targets and launches.

The role requires 5+ years in demand planning, strong Excel skills, BI tools and SQL, and an analytical mindset to improve forecast accuracy and inventory efficiency.

Qualifications

• 4-year bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years’ experience in demand planning, forecasting, statistical modeling, or business planning.
• Advanced MS Excel skills with large data sets and reporting.
• Experience with BI tools, SQL, and data mining preferred.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop demand forecasts at material and DC location level based on sales forecasts, revenue plans, and historical data.
• Lead forecasting processes and provide insights for demand requirements.
• Collaborate with Inventory Planning on stock planning and respond to demand fluctuations.
• Align demand plans with GTM activities and financial targets.
• Contribute to monthly alignment meetings with sales, marketing, PLM, and finance.
