Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Business Planning, Finance, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, or related functions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities with data-driven recommendations.
• Working knowledge of AI-enabled tools, automation technologies, and digital solutions.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and sound business judgment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales operational effectiveness by partnering with commercial and operational teams to ensure efficient order management, customer fulfillment, and revenue realization.
• Support forecasting, revenue tracking, and business planning activities through data analysis and performance reporting.
• Serve as a key liaison between Sales, Finance, Demand Planning, Customer Service, Credit, and Distribution Centers to resolve operational issues and support business priorities.
• Facilitate alignment with sales management to ensure timely execution of customer commitments and achievement of revenue objectives.
• Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement, including but not limited to bi-annual reviews of account assignments and streamlining processes.
• Manage order book health, backlog integrity, and shipment performance, proactively identifying risks and recommending solutions to support business objectives.
• Perform additional duties and ad‑hoc analyses as assigned.
