Job summary

Wolverine World Wide, Inc. in Rockford, IL is seeking a Senior Demand Planner to lead demand forecasting for multiple product categories and channels, aligning forecasts with Brand financial targets.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations to ensure synchronized planning and execution, while driving analytics into actionable insights. Responsibilities include developing robust forecasts, monitoring accuracy, and implementing improvements with a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field and 2–4 years of demand planning or forecasting experience.
• Strong understanding of time-series forecasting methods, including regression-based approaches.
• Advanced Excel skills for large datasets, modeling and validation.
• Experience using demand planning platforms such as SAP IBP, Blue Yonder/JDA, Oracle Demantra, or Kinaxis.
• Ability to analyze forecast performance, diagnose issues, and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Cross‑functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations to align forecast assumptions and outcomes.
• Develop and maintain demand forecasts across multiple time horizons using statistical methods, inputs, and order book analysis.
• Design, test, and refine forecasting approaches, monitor accuracy, and implement corrective actions.
