Job summary

BlueCat Networks is seeking a seasoned marketing professional to strategize, execute, and optimize data-driven demand generation campaigns that align with sales goals for Network Observability globally.

You will develop integrated marketing programs across direct, channel, and strategic partners, coordinating speakers, promotions, and events such as webinars and conferences, while leveraging marketing automation and attribution reporting to measure impact.

Qualifications

• Experience developing cohesive multi-channel integrated campaigns (B2B software).
• Strong project management, organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in a metrics-driven culture measuring marketing impact on pipeline.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with intertwined deadlines.
• Marketing automation experience with Marketo/Pardot/HubSpot.
• Content marketing and webinar program experience.
• Experience planning, executing email nurtures and webinars.
• Experience with marketing attribution reporting.

Responsibilities

• Strategize, execute, and optimize data-driven demand generation campaigns to achieve sales goals for Network Observability globally.
• Develop and deploy integrated marketing campaigns, aligning internal teams and deadlines.
• Plan and execute demand gen webinars including speaker coordination, setup, promotion, and live hosting.
• Develop and manage marketing strategy across multiple sales channels (direct, channel, strategic partners).
• Assist with tracking and execution of conferences and field events to drive meetings and engagement.
• Demonstrate understanding of marketing attribution reporting.
