Feathery, a fast-growing B2B SaaS company, is hiring a Demand Generation Marketer to own and scale pipeline across channels. You will partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and Leadership to translate positioning into programs that attract, engage, and convert the right customers.

This high-ownership role covers multi-channel campaigns, campaign strategy, optimization, ABM alignment, and measurement dashboards to drive pipeline and revenue.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or related roles in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue through marketing programs.
• Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing (paid, outbound, content, events, etc.).
• Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing and optimizing campaign performance.
• Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong collaboration skills across marketing, sales, and product teams.
• Comfortable experimenting, iterating quickly, and learning from results.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across outbound, paid, content, events, and partnerships.
• Pipeline Generation & Growth: Drive inbound and outbound pipeline through creative and data-driven initiatives; support account-based and outbound strategies.
• Experimentation & Optimization: Continuously test new channels, audiences, and messaging to improve performance; build dashboards to track ROI.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align messaging and campaign strategy with Product Marketing; support sales goals and GTM priorities.
