Job summary

Electro Rent is seeking a Digital Demand Generation Specialist to grow with our global organization serving technology markets. This role is remote and focuses on creating integrated campaigns that generate qualified leads and accelerate pipeline across High-Speed Digital & Semiconductor, Telecom, Data Center, and other growth markets.

You will own multi-channel campaigns, work hands-on with Pardot and Salesforce, and partner with Sales, Product Management, Content, and OEM teams to optimize

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B demand generation experience.
• Experience building and optimizing multi-channel campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of lead nurturing, segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign analytics.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-channel demand generation campaigns from strategy through results.
• Build campaigns across email, paid media, social, webinars, events, landing pages, and lead nurture.
• Work hands-on with Pardot and Salesforce, measuring impact and iterating.
• Partner with Sales, Product Management, Content, and OEM partners to align on goals.
• Use data and analytics to continuously improve performance and pipeline.
• Turn marketing engagement into qualified opportunities and measurable pipeline.
• Bring forward new ideas and own key programs.
