Job summary

Cobalt Iron is seeking an AI-native Senior Marketing Manager to own the demand engine end-to-end, building a repeatable, scalable system that generates pipeline and accelerates customers and partners. You’ll use AI to speed up campaign creation, personalization, and optimization.

You will lead organic and owned channels, ABM for enterprise accounts, and cross-functional alignment with sales and product teams, measuring success with dashboards and data-driven decisions.
