Job summary

Prompt Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Demand Generation to own the net new demand funnel from awareness to qualified demos, and to drive high-quality outcomes with data-driven decisions.

You will set the overall demand strategy, manage a two-person team, and coordinate across Marketing Ops, paid media agency, and the BDR team. You will build repeatable plays guided by HubSpot dashboards and reporting to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in demand generation or performance marketing at a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience leading a small team and developing direct reports.
• Hands-on in HubSpot, dashboards, lifecycle stages, and campaign reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the funnel from initial cold to demo arrived to deal created.
• Dissect demo quality by source, channel and segment and inform demand creation.
• Forecast demos across sources and align with BDR outbound for a shared target.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Marketing Ops, BDR, Content, Events and agency partners.
• Build and test new channels and campaigns, scaling successful plays.
• Own website CRO, forms, landing pages, and demo booking flow.
