Job summary

Garner Health in New York is seeking a Senior Manager, Demand Generation to scale our healthcare channel to mid-size employers. You will own campaigns, programs, and the qualified pipeline behind our broker audience, working with Sales, BDR, Product Marketing, and Events to turn broker relationships into qualified opportunities.

You should have 6+ years in B2B demand generation, a track record of multi-channel campaigns, and the ability to apply AI to scalable marketing systems.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of B2B demand generation with pipeline ownership.
• Experience scaling multi-channel campaigns for a sophisticated buyer.
• Experience marketing complex products to a sophisticated buyer.
• Channel partner or partner marketing experience is a strong plus.
• Strong funnel metrics knowledge: attribution, CPA, pipeline-to-spend.
• Fluency applying AI to scalable marketing systems.
• Experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments is a strong plus.
• Desire to work in a mission-driven, high-urgency team.

Responsibilities

• Design and launch multi-channel campaigns for health insurance brokers.
• Build the quarterly plan: strategy, segmentation, offers, messaging.
• Partner with channel owners across paid, organic, web, and digital.
• Manage broker lifecycle from first touch to activation and retention.
• Collaborate with Sales/BDR to ensure smooth lead handoff.
• Measure performance and guide investment decisions.
• Apply AI to core marketing functions for scalability.
