Profound, the fastest-growing AI marketing platform, is hiring a Marketing Engineer in New York or San Francisco to power demand generation with AI-driven automation and advanced funnel systems.

You will optimize campaigns, build agents, and scale lifecycle programs across channels, collaborating with Sales and RevOps to accelerate outbound momentum. The role emphasizes hands-on AI tooling and pragmatic experimentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth marketing, demand generation, or marketing engineering.
• Experience using SQL and Python to build automations and workflows without heavy engineering support.
• Hands-on experience shipping AI agents and LLM-powered tooling that marketing teams actually use.
• Owned performance marketing channels (LinkedIn, Meta, Google, CTV) and lifecycle programs.
• Able to communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build demand systems that identify and act on funnel data across channels.
• Close funnel leaks; automate lead scoring, routing, and handoff to Sales.
• Create agents, workflows, and tooling that scale marketing activities across segments.
• Develop the ABM model and support 1:1 and 1:many campaigns with Sales/RevOps.
• Drive adoption and expansion by building lifecycle systems for onboarding and retention.
• Run disciplined experiments and codify successful approaches into repeatable systems.
