Job summary

Clarify is building the AI-native CRM and seeks a senior Head of Demand Gen to scale pipeline from Series A to Series B. You’ll own where pipeline comes from, how it grows, and lead the marketing team as we expand.

This hands-on role at a ~27-person company will set the strategy, run demand gen programs end-to-end, manage budget/headcount, and collaborate with sales on ICPs and attribution to turn pipeline into revenue.

Qualifications

• You're a senior demand gen leader who scaled B2B SaaS pipeline from Series A to Series B.
• You've led a marketing team and grown programs, budget and headcount.
• You've owned a pipeline number at leadership level and set strategy behind it.
• You're hands-on and comfortable in a ~27-person company.
• You're fluent with AI-native GTM tooling (Clay, automation, enrichment, reporting).

Responsibilities

• Own Clarify's demand gen and pipeline strategy, the pipeline model behind it, and the number, and report every week on what's working
• Decide the channel mix across outbound, paid, events, partners and product‑led motions, and where each dollar goes
• Lead our demand gen programs end to end and cut what doesn't pay off
• Lead and develop our existing marketing team, and scale budget and headcount as programs prove out
• Partner with sales on ICP, messaging, qualification and attribution so pipeline turns into revenue
• Work with our founders on positioning and the big bets for the next 12 months
• Stay hands‑on: dig into the data, write the plan, and launch programs yourself when that's fastest
