Job summary

WellSaid Labs, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Demand Generation to oversee multi‑channel programs that generate qualified pipeline for a growing B2B SaaS business.

You’ll own the demand gen roadmap, plan paid media, nurture email flows, and ABM initiatives to engage high‑value targets from first touch to sales‑ready opportunities. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you’ll partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, Content and Product Marketing to optimize messaging, budgets, and performance

Qualifications

• 7+ years in demand gen or growth marketing for B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on with marketing automation and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the demand generation roadmap — defining channel strategy, campaign priorities, and messaging themes aligned to pipeline and revenue targets.
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid media programs across channels and content syndication.
• Build and manage email nurture programs to move prospects through the funnel.
• Develop and execute ABM strategies targeting key verticals in partnership with Sales.
• Collaborate with Content and Product Marketing to develop assets and landing pages.
• Monitor budget, track performance, reallocate spend to high-ROI activities.
• Define and report on KPIs like CAC, pipeline, and conversion rates across funnels.
• Ensure tight lead handoff with Sales and alignment on ICP and messaging.
• Manage agency/contractor partnerships and ensure ROI.
