Job summary

Glean is seeking an outstanding Demand Generation Manager to drive high-impact marketing campaigns and programs that accelerate growth. This hybrid role reports to the Head of Demand Generation & Integrated Campaigns and collaborates with sales, partner teams, and marketing peers.

You will own end-to-end programs that generate net new leads and influence opportunities within our Mountain View/San Francisco market, leveraging ABM and multi-channel strategies in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in fast-paced B2B SaaS marketing.
• Proven ability to generate qualified leads for SDRs/BDRs.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with sales and product.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Excellent communication and creative instincts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-channel demand gen campaigns to drive leads, pipeline, and revenue.
• Manage the webinar program from concept to follow-up.
• Collaborate with BDRs and sales to enable campaigns and ensure follow-through.
• Partner with product marketing and creative teams on messaging and landing pages.
• Identify opportunities for net new leads and innovative ABM programs.
• Use data to refine strategies and improve conversions.
• Execute targeted ABM for high-value accounts.
• Manage timelines, budgets, resources for campaigns.
• Collaborate to optimize workflows and align with business objectives.
• Oversee campaign lifecycle from initiation to post-campaign reporting.
