Job summary

NetBox Labs is seeking a Senior Demand Generation Manager to own demand strategy and execution. You will manage multi-channel campaigns across awareness to pipeline and partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to drive real pipeline impact.

You will design ABM programs, lead email nurture, optimize the website, and coordinate with agencies to ship on time, always aligning with product messaging and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of B2B demand generation experience, ideally at a SaaS or engineer-focused company.
• Proven track record building integrated campaigns that drive measurable pipeline.
• Hands-on ABM experience — you've built the plays, not just the strategy decks.
• Experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment.
• Strong command of marketing automation and CRM (HubSpot).
• Comfortable pulling and interpreting data and making decisions from it.
• Experience managing website projects cross-functionally with design, product, and marketing teams.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to write clear web copy.
• Able to manage multiple programs in flight simultaneously without dropping quality.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns across the full funnel and own reporting.
• Build and scale ABM programs targeting enterprise accounts with Sales alignment.
• Own end-to-end email nurture strategy across segments and improve conversion through testing.
• Develop organic social media strategy focused on LinkedIn and technical audiences.
• Manage website updates, landing pages, and conversion optimization with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing on messaging and asset development.
• Track, report, and iterate to ensure pipeline contribution.
