Job summary

Relativity is seeking a senior marketing leader with 7–10 years in demand generation at a B2B SaaS company. You will own strategy as the sole marketer on the Gavel team, driving trials, demos, and revenue outcomes across two products.

You will manage paid media, SEO, content programs, and robust martech workflows, partnering with sales and customer success to optimize lifecycle and retention.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in demand generation at a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience as a solo or near-solo marketer who owned strategy and outcomes.
• Hands-on paid ownership: managed campaigns, budgets, and tracking.
• Strong HubSpot proficiency across sequences, workflows, lifecycle, and reporting.
• Experience designing and executing SEO/content programs with measurable pipeline impact.

Responsibilities

• Define the demand generation strategy across both products and own the outcomes: trials, demos, CAC, ACV, LTV.
• Own and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and OpenAI.
• Define and drive the SEO and AEO content strategy and oversee content production and optimization.
• Own HubSpot as the system of record: lifecycle stages, routing logic, and lead flow; build onboarding and nurture sequences.
