Job summary

Relativity is seeking a high-autonomy marketer to own demand generation and marketing-led outbound for Gavel products. You will build the playbook, manage the stack, channels, and reporting, and advise leadership on where to invest for pipeline and revenue outcomes.

In this hybrid role, you will be the sole dedicated marketer on the Gavel team, shaping strategy, executing across paid and organic channels, and collaborating with sales and customer success to optimize lifecycle communications.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in demand generation or growth marketing at a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience as a solo or near-solo marketer owning strategy and outcomes.
• Hands-on paid ownership with budget decisions and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Define demand gen strategy for two products and own outcomes (CAC, ACV, LTV).
• Own paid search/social campaigns across Google, Microsoft, Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, OpenAI.
• Own HubSpot as the system of record and design onboarding, nurture, and email sequences.
• Maintain marketing attribution model and translate data into leadership recommendations.
