Job summary

Relativity is seeking a senior marketer to own demand generation for Gavel Workflows and Gavel Exec in a hybrid Detroit role. You will build and run the playbook, own strategy, tech stack, channels, and reporting, advising leadership on where to invest for pipeline and revenue outcomes.

You will drive paid search, paid social, SEO, and content; manage CRM, onboarding, nurture sequences, and data-driven optimization.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in demand generation, growth marketing, or similar in B2B SaaS.
• Experience as a solo or near-solo marketer owning strategy and outcomes.
• Hands-on paid ownership and budget decisions with conversion tracking.
• Strong HubSpot proficiency across sequences, workflows, and reporting.
• Experience designing SEO/content programs with measurable pipeline impact.

Responsibilities

• Define the demand generation strategy across both products and own the outcomes.
• Own and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns across major platforms.
• Advise leadership on funnel health, ROI, and investment prioritization.
• Identify, build, and run experiments to drive step-change growth.
