Job summary

Maven AGI, Inc. is seeking a senior individual contributor to own demand generation. You will set the strategy and own the numbers, while also building the workflows, campaigns, and data pipelines. This role centers on inbound-led pipeline and ABM for enterprise accounts.

You will work closely with SDRs and AEs, manage lifecycle and performance marketing in Salesforce, and push experimentation to accelerate growth. A fast-growing AI-forward B2B SaaS, Maven emphasizes hands-on work and growth.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in demand generation, growth, or marketing operations at a B2B SaaS company.
• Built or scaled a demand gen function across inbound and outbound channels.
• Hands-on platform experience with marketing automation, lead scoring, routing, and data enrichment.

Responsibilities

• Own the demand generation strategy and number, building multi-channel campaigns for inbound and outbound.
• Partner daily with SDRs and AEs on lead quality, handoffs, and follow-through.
• Hands-on in platforms; own lifecycle marketing, performance marketing, and Salesforce workflows.
• Build and run ABM programs for strategic accounts with cross-channel plays.
• Collaborate with field marketing on events and tie programs to accounts and campaigns.
• Define metrics (MQL-to-SQL, CAC, pipeline) and create trusted attribution reporting.
• Run test-and-learn on new channels including AI-native tactics.
• Build scalable systems and playbooks for ongoing demand generation.
