Attio, the CRM built for the AI era, seeks a Demand Generation Lead in the United States to drive growth across mid-market and enterprise accounts. You will own the demand generation strategy, ABM programs, field marketing, and lead management, collaborating with Sales, SDRs, Product Marketing, and Growth Marketing to build a scalable demand engine.

This hands-on role requires strategic thinking, exceptional execution, and a data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Own demand generation strategy and integrated campaigns to generate qualified pipeline.
• Build and scale ABM with Sales for high‑value accounts.
• Plan and execute events and field marketing to accelerate pipeline.
• Own lead qualification, scoring, nurture, and sales handoff processes.
• Partner with Sales/SDRs to align on pipeline goals and improve campaign performance.
• Measure campaign effectiveness and continually optimize ROI.
