Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Experience leading salaried, hourly and agency staff.
• Strong analytical, communication and change-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee safety, quality, and performance of delivery station operations.
• Lead and mentor Operations and Area Managers to meet KPIs.
• Partner with DSPs and internal teams to secure resources.
• Present metrics to senior leadership and drive continuous improvements.

Educación
