Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC seeks a Sr. Station Leader to oversee all aspects of an Amazon Logistics Delivery Station, including budgetary and people development objectives.

You will coach a team of Operations, Area and Shift Managers, drive lean initiatives, and ensure safety, quality, and customer experience. The role requires 7+ years of direct management experience in logistics or related fields, strong analytics, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 7+ years’ direct management experience in logistics/fulfillment.
• Proven track record of performance & financial results in high pressure environments.
• Experience with performance metrics and lean techniques.
• Experience with full lifecycle staffing (interviews, hiring, performance management).
• Strong analytical capability and data-driven problem solving.
• Excellent communication skills (local language and English).
• Experience managing third-party resources regionally/nationally.
• Experience managing contingent workforce during peak seasons.
• Willingness to work nights/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, quality, performance, customer experience and people development across delivery station operations.
• Drive vision and lean initiatives to meet/exceed the business plan.
• Identify and close gaps between performance and goals.
• Set clear requirements for Operations, Area and Shift Managers and measure performance.
• Manage 24/7 delivery station operations and relationships with DSPs.
• Present operational metrics to senior leadership.
• Hire and develop top talent and implement a talent plan.
• Foster a culture of engagement and sharing best practices across departments.
