Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Sr. Station Leader for a Delivery Station, responsible for safety, quality and performance across operations. You will coach and mentor a team of Operations, Area and Shift Managers, set clear expectations, and drive lean initiatives to meet the business plan.

The role requires coordinating with DSPs and various partners in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 7+ years of management experience in logistics

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, quality, performance and customer experience for all delivery station ops.
