Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior Station Leader to drive safety, quality and performance across a 24/7 Delivery Station. You will mentor multiple manager levels, manage DSP relationships, and guide data-driven improvements to exceed business goals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 7+ years of management experience in logistics or related fields, with strong analytical and communication skills to lead cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 7+ years’ direct management experience in logistics, fulfillment, last-mile manufacturing, engineering, production or distribution.
• Strong track record of delivering performance and financial results under pressure.
• Experience with performance metrics, process improvement and lean techniques.
• Experience with full lifecycle staffing including interviewing, hiring, performance management and terminations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and local language.
• Experience managing third party resources on a regional/national scale.
• Experience managing contingent workforce during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, quality, performance, and people development for all DS operations.
• Lead vision and quality initiatives to meet and exceed business plans.
• Solve problems and close gaps between performance and goals.
• Set expectations for Ops Managers; measure and coach performance.
• Manage relationships with DSPs and deliver 24/7 operations.
• Present operational metrics to senior leadership.
• Hire and develop talent; implement a robust talent plan.
• Foster engagement and share best practices across departments.
